Cancellation of online booking and request for refund of deposit is subject to the following terms and condiditions:
1. Request for cancellation of online booking must be made in writing, stating the reason for the cancellation.
2. Request for cancellation of booking is to be sent via e-mail to junhong.mak@millenniumwelt.com.my
3. A cancellation fee of 5.00% of the booking deposit will be deducted from the amount refunded.
4. Refund will only be made to the name and bank account of the person placing the booking deposit. A copy of the bank statement (showing the name and account number) is to be provided together with the cancellation request.
5. Refund will take between 14 to 21 days to process, subject to receipt of the required documents.
Delivery and Collection of Vehicle
1. The delivery date given in the order form is approximate only and subject to change.
2. Payment of balance due must be settled in full before the vehicle is registered and delivered to the buyer.
3. The vehicle must be collected by the buyer with seven (7) days of the issuance of Delivery Order. We may impose storage charges of RM50 per day should the vehicle is not collected by the buyer.
