Bhd., have curated an online booking platform at www.bmw-auillautomobiles.com.my so that our valued customers such as yourself can browse, select and make an online booking for any of the vehicles listed on our website. In order for your online booking to be confirmed, you will need to place a deposit equivalent to 1% of the Recommended Retail Price ("RRP") of the vehicle selected by you ("Booking Deposit").
We will refund 100% of the Booking Deposit only in the following situations ("Full Refund Scenario"):
a) Your loan/financing application to purchase the vehicle is rejected/not approved;
b) The cancellation of the online booking is due to reasons beyond your (i.e the purchaser's) control.
We retain full and absolute discretion to determine whether a cancellation falls within the definition of a Full Refund Scenario. For your cancellation to be considered under a Full Refund Scenario, you must provide us with the relevant supporting documentation to support your cancellation request.
Where the cancellation of the booking fall outside the Full Refund Scenario, only a sum equivalent to 90% of the Booking Deposit will be refunded to you. The balance sum would be utilized to defray the administrative costs incurred by us for processing your online booking.
A cancellation of an online booking shall only be valid where a notice of cancellation is given to us in writing. The cancellation notice shall be signed by the person who made the online booking. Where the online booking is made by a company, the cancellation notice shall be signed by a director of the company.
The cancellation notice shall be given to us:
a) Via personal service to our address https://bmw-auillautomobiles.com.my/discover/contact;
b) Via registered post; or
c) Via email.
Where a cancellation notice is given to us via email it shall be followed up with service of the notice by hand or registered post.
The refund to you is expected to be completed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of our approval of cancellation.
